Clogged up Drains - will result in flooding if not cleared

Reported in the Drainage category anonymously at 10:37, Tuesday 15 September 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The drains all down Gravel Hill are clogged up with silt and vegetation. This will result in flooding during the winter months and they all need clearing out. At the top of the hill they aren't clear but as you get to the bottom and the first one on Shiplake Bottom they are full of silt and debris.

  • Shiplake Bottom (bottom of the hill) is now flooding in wet weather as the water is moving from the top to bottom of the hill without a drain to fall into. This is at a junction and needs urgent attention
