Noble Road, Henley-on-Thames, RG9

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 07:03, Tuesday 15 September 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I would like to report an overgrown hedge that is almost completely obstructing the pavement on Noble Road, Henley-on-Thames, RG9. It looks to be mainly laurel, and is covered in berries, which as you may know are toxic so a potential hazard to children and animals. With it obstructing the pavement I just witnessed an elderly gentleman with a walking frame have to step into the road to get around it. From what I can see it's growing on the pavement side and not within the boundary of a property.
