Motorcycle parking bay too small

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
In St Ebbes Street, Oxford at Ordnance Survey grid reference SP5120306083 is a motorcycle parking bay. It is too small, and for years it has frequently been overcrowded. In recent years the growth in deliveries of meals by motor scooter has made this bay more overcrowded than ever.
Next to the motorcycle parking bay are double yellow lines. Motorcyclists frequently risk a fixed penalty by parking on the double yellow lines when the bay is full: see photo.
The road markings for the motorcycle bay have been neglected for years, and have all but worn away. Oxfordshire County Council should take this opportunity to enlarge the bay to meet current demand.
Next to the motorcycle parking bay are the worn remains of markings for a bay for a street trader. This bay seems superfluous as street traders now park in Bonn Square where there is more passing trade.
The motorcycle parking bay should be enlarged to take over the street trading bay. This would roughly double motorcycle parking capacity in St Ebbes and should relieve the long-running overcrowding problem.
