Road surface under trees really bad especially for cyclists

Road surface under trees in generally bad condiiton and has been so for years. patched, repatched, patches come out, holes. bad for cars, very bad, potentially dangerous for cyclists, for whom this is an extremely popular route

  • Cycling in the dark hit large pothole described above managed not to fall off but tyre burst. This section of road through the village green is just awful for cyclists, patchwork quilt of many previous spot repairs with broken edges, broken down sections of tar sprayed /chipped surfacing . Luckily didn't end up on the floor under a vehicle.
