All the gully pots on the stretch of road from the crossroads to Bridewell Farm are blocked

There a 7 gully pots along the stretch of road from the crossroads to Bridewell Farm - 6 of them appear to be blocked solid with soil and leaves - this then means that water flows like a river down the road causing corrosion to the road edges, potholes and then runs down our farm drive - please can they be unblocked
