Massive bull dozing rocks put all down Bostock Road & also off of St Michaels Av obstructing cirbe edges & there’s always lots of on road parking from residents in a two way small street so drivers have to give way & plenty of big lorry’s need to use this road due to a school down same street & getting delivery’s so if a vehicle is coming down & you have no option but to mount Kirb , then you can expect to get your car damaged by massive rocks being stuck under your car & one particular resident has put them on the eve where I saw a disabled person trying to cross & they almost fell out from being tipped as the rocks are not always visible as the grass has over grown it , a parent got stuck on one today collecting there children & I also had my exhaust brackets ripped off in January , the school have now told parents that due to Covid the other end of the school gate is where we have to pick up & drop years 4,5 &6 so it’s becoming a problem that these rocks are going to damage many more cars . Also if a ambulance needs to come down this street it cause another big accident . Please can you look into this as I’m sure it’s against the law for these residents to put these rocks there .

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The rocks have been causing issues for years but now there seem to becoming more of them & bigger in size & grass growing over them . There’s no warning signs etc & the road is very small so there’s almost certain to be drivers giving way these rocks are a hazard

I have also had to put a complaint in about this issue in the past as we couldn't get out of my mum's drive without extreme difficulty due to her neighbour doing this exact same thing, as it is hard enough when there are so many cars parked everywhere to get out and an ambulance would never get in.
