Opposite entrance of Cleycourt manor SN6 8HZ, Bourton

I wanted to enquire about the possibility of putting up a riders/horses warning sign in our village very near to Cleycourt Manor/Grange Farm. There are now 4 separate horse owners in the vicinity on either side of the roads and the nasty bend opposite Cleycourt Manor is a hazard for riders coming out of their entrances either mounted or leading ponies. I'd be grateful on some advice of how to apply for the sign.

Thank you for your request. We have now assessed your request for the installation of warning signs and also researched the personal injury accident history, we can confirm that there have been no such accidents in the last ten year period. The nature of the roads in question with multiple bends, vehicles parked on the carriageway providing a 'natural' traffic calming effect and covered by a 30 miles per hour speed restriction results in traffic speeds being low, given the low traffic speeds and the lack of personal injury accident history we would not wish to urbanise the nature of the village by installing further signage.
