Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Reported back in March 2020 post number 19 In April advised it would be replaced when possible In view of forthcoming change of clocks etc is this going to be replaced in the next few months?

Im so sorry to hear of this issue, we will arrange this to be replaced via our contractors as soon as possible. Unfortunately our north Oxon officer retired around this time and some jobs were missed in the handover due to C19, we are so sorry this one has been missed and will action this right away
