Issue with diversion through Goring.

Please can you tell me what plans are in place to prevent chaos on Streatley high street while the diversion is in place from Whitchurch Hill next week. When Pangbourne bridge was closed a few years ago the Streatley junction could not cope until parking was restricted on Streatley High Street. Please don’t let hundreds of people suffer hours of unnecessary delays again. Thank you.
