Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The drains in oxford Road Garsington near the entrance to Combewell are blocked causing rainwater to flow past them and into Kiln lane where houses 1and 2 have cellars and are in danger of flooding.This issue has been reported previously and no action has been taken.

There seems to be a zany drains blocked in this area .The first one in elm drive on the left hand side is completely full.The drains reported before in the Oxford Road near Combewell are still not completely clear.
