Blocked drain problem not solved

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
I have reported this issue numerous times and although some work was done a couple of weeks ago the problem persists, just as bad as before. The surface water drains on Kennylands Road are blocked to the point that they cannot cope with heavy rain. Today the road again is almost impassable due to flooding outside 84A Kennylands Road. The slips on the south side of the road are relatively clear, the drains to the north side all the way up to Alpen Rose at the top of the hill are blocked. I have a video showing the problem if you care to view it. The problem then is the north side of the road between Alpen Rose and Ford Cottages. Please could you address this issue to find a long term solution rather than applying short term remedies that don't seem to work ?

The problem has now flooded my driveway again and the water level is still rising. The road is virtually blocked by rain water.

Do you have an update on this issue please ? The surfac ewater drains on the north side of Kennylands Road between Alpen Rose and Ford Cottages are blocked. The underground pipes that link these drains to the drainage ditches are completely blocked by roots and debris. Without these pipes cleared the issue will not be resolved.
