Traffic Lights in operation over four (4)days with no work carried out

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Traffic lights were installed at this location at 6 am on Friday 21st August 2020, without any work having been caried out at all until at least 9.15 am Monday 24th August 2020. WHY? This is a rediculous restriction for all road users particulary the emergency services.
