Horton diversion. Drainage and speeding on Bloxham Rd
Reported in the Current Roadworks category anonymously at 12:52, Wednesday 19 August 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Exacerbated by the closure of Horton View, it is currently impossible to walk the pavement without being drenched by mud , spray and rocks from speeding lorries. A stagnant pool of water from 80 to 44 bloxham rd sprays on every one walking, due to inadequate drainage and speeding. This has been reported previously and will not 'go away' by itself. Come on, let's make it safe to walk and exercise.
