B4016 restricted as planned but no work done at all today 18th August at all. Therefore B4016 road restriction was needlessly long

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

I refer to the B4016 being restricted as planned because of work by Thames Water. However no work was done at all today 18th August. Therefore B4016 road restriction duration was needlessly long, causing unnecessary inconvenience to road users and footpath users. Furthermore the way the fencing was laid out caused a needless partial obstruction to the access for 16A and 16B New Road
