Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 08:59, Sun 16 August 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This tree on the tarmac alongside the railway line is close to lights D17 and D18. it hangs right across the pathway and the branches could be very heavily laden with wet leaves. one like this fell off the other day along Tyne avenue. anyone walking by at that time could be seriously injured. it should not be allowed to hang right across the pathway.
