Threatening behavior dogs prevent guide dogs , disabled and families from using the wide pavement .

Blind , guide dog users and families are forced to cross the road to escape the aggressive dogs being kept on front garden Bloxham rd, OX169JR Dogs are unhealthy, not exercised and bark aggressively at passersby and other dog walkers. It is very Upsetting to see vulnerable people being frightened
