Badly blocked drain - fire brigade attending - please urgently clear!
Reported in the Drainage category anonymously at 20:41, Wednesday 12 August 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Please urgently reconsider your totally inadadequate boilerplate response sent in moments to this serious leak that has required three repeat three fire engine pumps to attend and will flood again repeat will flood again in coming days with high rain forecast. knocked people off their feet last night - irresponsible and serious not to address. it's a simple job requiring the drain to be unblocked and emptied - or please allow other contractor to achieve if you continue to refuse. we will continue to telephone repeatedly and politely. also contacting our county councillor, parish council. please please respond - simple highly fixable problem - thank you.

We have contractors, the insurer's disaster relief team, loss adjuster, surveyor, stonemason, labourer all now on site - please will you allow us to empty the drain at least, to avoid further danger and damage, if you refuse to attend? Thank you.
