To whom it may concern, I have been informing you that this tree poses a real hazard and asking you to prune it for at least 2 years now. Today, it's the third time that a huge branch has fallen taking with it at least 8 houses telephone/Internet lines, in "working from home" times. The branch goes from the tree across my driveway and a meter into the public parking, by mere chance my family or neighbours or ours cars where not there when it happened, it could have been a serious disaster. The lack of maintenance plus ignoring the repeated warning signals, from me and the tree itself, looks too much like negligence. My family and neighbours pass under and around the tree on a daily basis. Consequently, and before someone gets hurt or causes damage to someone's private property as it already has caused damage to public property, could this please be the time when you take serious action and finally prune back this massive tree for good? Thank you and regards.
