Insufficient traffic calming

With the new housing estates and increased industrial traffic from the A40 junction there is insufficient traffic calming along a very "tempting" straight road. Both cars and local lorries frequently drive up this road far faster than 30mph during the day and most evenings there are motorbikes or cars racing along the road at ridiculous speeds. There are a great number of families moving in to the housing developments and this road is a danger in its current state. The road was in fact in it's best when there was a large water leak a couple of months ago and a contra flow traffic light was in place. I strongly believe a contra flow in this area would be beneficial as would a reduction of speed on Range road as it is a confusing change. Thank you
