40mph speed limit sign not visible to traffic
Reported in the Road Markings category anonymously at 12:09, Mon 10 August 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
A 40 mph sign has been attached to a footpath finger post next a stile. (Picture 3) From the Chipping Norton direction both the speed sign and footpath sign are invisible to traffic and pedestrians. Many more pedestrians are walking along the road from the new campsite. if the finger post was re-positioned on the other side of the stile it would solve the problem.
