Obscured roundabout sign

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 19:29, Sunday 9 August 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The first photo is from streetviewmap and in it you can see the roundabout sign to the left of the bus stop. Currently this roundabout sign is obscured by foliage and thus can not be seen. However there is also another problem with this sign being that it is much smaller than the “width limit” sign that can be seen slightly further down the road and thus many drivers see the new sign and forget about the roundabout. I have many times been driving in the other direction through the narrowed road & indicating to turn right up the Boston Road, which I have the right of way over the approaching traffic, only to have to an emergency stop as some idiot drives straight on ignoring the roundabout. Can I suggest you improve the signage and slightly raise the white centre of the roundabout to make life easier. The second photo shows the view from The Boston Road looking along the Churchill road back to the obscured roundabout sign. As you can see there is a very large bush that means that it is very difficult to see oncoming traffic from the right - can you please remove it in total (don’t cut it back as has been done in the past as it just grows back even bigger than before!!!)
