Temporary traffic sign dumped in verge on right hand side of road as you drive out of Witney

Traffic sign has been there for at least a month, probably longer. It's in the verge on right hand side of road as you drive out of Witney, between Milking Lane turn (on right) and lane to New Mill (on left).
