Huge lump on foot path opposite number 19 Bull Street that caused my wife to trip on this tarmac lump causing major damage to her face,Topand bottom lips and right arm. We were visiting friends at 19 Bull Street and Our friend Martin and Rose Tooth have advises us that they had complained many times to the council about this lump of tarmac but were advised no further action as they couldn’t fault it. My wife ended up on the next day at Bicester hospital and then the dentist, both of which have full reports on the damages. The fall has created sever trauma to my wife and we hold The Oxford County Council fully responsible

We feel totally let down by Oxford County Council as they have not, repeat not contacted us or provided support regarding my wife’s terrible injury’s that 45occurred through her falling over the humped/raised pathway in Aston. We have to take this matter further now and are contacting Oxford newspapers to highlight the complete disregard of the council unless you contact us within 5 working days from today’s date 8/9/2020 This is not a threat it is action that we have been forced to undertake
