The eleagnus in the planting by the crossing point at the top of New Street is ridiculously high.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Although it has been cut back slightly it is too high to see if it is safe to cross. You still have to walk off the pavement. It should be kept at the same height as the other shrub. Pedestrians cannot see the traffic over it and drivers cannot see pedestrians.
