Posts are in place to stop trucks and others mounting the curb here. One has been hit by a lorry which didn’t stop and needs putting back in place.

Firstly apologies for the delay in getting a response to your enquiry and thank you for reporting the leaning bollard on Reading Rd, Henley.
From inspection it would appear that the bollard whilst leaning is still in its socket and is not causing issues for road users or or pedestrians using the pavement. As the maintenance budget has all but been allocated for the current financial year the job to re-bed/ replace this bollard will go on the list for proposed works 2022.State changed to: Investigation complete
