Garden hedge obscuring view of oncoming traffic

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

As approach from sunny side end towards McDonald’s at the last bend where need to give way to oncoming traffic the last houses hedge obscured view. Councils inspector approached from wrong end to understand issue
