Dangerous footway pavement - crumbling tarmac and potholes

As per my email to Andrew Madigan - whilst the road resurfacing is going extremely well and looks brilliant (such a good job, thank you) there are a number of the pavements which are dangerous and crumbling/potholed/lacking surface tarmac. In particular, the stretch outside 91 - 97 Burwell Drive, between Blenheim Drive and Holford Road (see photos) is shockingly bad. I've slipped on this myself twice, but I've seen a young boy come off a scooter here and an elderly lady stumble and nearly fall due to the pothole/crack by the utilities ironwork. This is already crumbling, but by this winter - once frost and ice get into the mix - this is going to be treacherous and really dangerous - there's no grip from the concrete underneath the top layer of tarmac, and the tarmac is all breaking away exposing large sections of slippery concrete beneath, aside from the cracks and potholes themselves. Can this stretch be resurfaced/repaired?
