I reported steps collapsing outside 70 Dunstan Avenue. It was reported in the complaint that it had been fixed on the 30th July 2020 but steps have not been touch. See Photo. Who has been paid for wall that has not been repaired. Please see photo taken at 20.57 on 3rd August 2020 from my side of the garden.

Please explain why my repot status says fixed . Dangerous steps have not been touch as per picture taken tonight at 21.00 these steps are dangerous as per the ones a little way down from these that collapsed underneath me and was reputed at the time with photo of damage to my foot and keg which after more than 12 month still causes me problems .
