Partial road humps completely inadequate at slowing traffic to 20mph
Reported in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 19:52, Mon 3 August 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Humps need to extend across full width of roadway. At present, cars treat the toad as a racetrack and can straddle humps at 35-40mph without needing to slow down.

Absolutely agree traffic calming completely inadequate. Kingston Road used as 'rat-run' to/from Jericho and speed bumps similar to those on Leckford Road are needed.
