Lamp nr.15 does not work.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This faulty street lamp is sited In CRISPIN PLACE road of Harwell.

This road is a side lane of White hart Way postcode OX11 0FW Harwell (Didcot). Unable to locate on the map. sorry.

Thi Lamp is falty since a few weeks ago.

    Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

  • Hi, thanks for yr quick reply. Unfortunately ,as i already explained i am unable to trace the faulty lamp on the map, since this does not work properly. The lamp seems to be under yr maintenance since Vale of white Horse site, once postcode has been inserted, send the user to your site. Then this should be under your maintenance.

    Correct post code of the faulty lamp is:

    OX11 0FX CRISPIN PLACE IN HARWELL LAMP NR.15

    Cant do anything better for this report

  • Ref: 00371866 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system for repair, our contractors will aim to have this repaired within 7 working days. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local DNO operator to attend.
