Workers on site today are working to poor standards

The technical part of the job seems to be OK to my untrained eyes. But they are leaving us with more mess than when they arrived. They have a truck which is leaking oil on Milton Lane and Brewer Close. There seems to be litter against each area where they've worked, which may be coincidental but it may not, because we don't get new litter in that quantity here - it is rare. They aren't clearing up loose tarmac beyond the area of potholes which they have been repairing. This is all a sloppy standard of finish, which is unfortunate.
