Thank you for your report. report. I have visited the site pinpointed on the map, by Sandswood Farm entrance, A420 Faringdon Road, Cumnor, OX2 9QZ, see photos. The smashed to bits - double sided - 'Keep Left' reflective bollard will be replaced in due course by the Street Lighting Team. In the meantime a job has been submitted for the debris to be cleared and the site made safe with a temporary double sided diagram 610 arrow sign. The 'Dual Carriageway Ends' sign missing from damaged pole is not a valid defect and would only be a valid defect if the damage is likely to cause a hazard to road users. The replacement of the sign is for the Traffic Schemes Vale Team to replace in due course. The 'No Stopping (Clearway)' sign and bent pole is a valid defect and has been submitted for the debris to be cleared and the site made safe. Although the sign is regulatory, as a new pole is needed, this is for Traffic Schemes Vale Team to replace and is already on their schedule.
