Alleyway full of overhanging trees and brambles

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

In referance to the alleyway leading from Barton Village Road to Harolde Close. There are huge conifer trees that have grown so big they are almost overhanging the width of the alleyway, Im 5ft and almost have to duck to get under them. There are also large bramble bushes that are also growing out of control. I would say by winter, you wont be able to access the alley near harolde close due to these trees.
