Half of the street lights along this road are out including all the traffic bollards on traffic islands a44 going towards Woodstock road roundabout...

NUMBERS 25,23,21,19,17,15,13,11, ALL OUT..HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR SOMETIME NOW.
