These protective bollards have been missing for over a year now. I would like to ask if I can install my own. Which is the department to contact to get permission? Thanks

The bollards that were knocked down nearly two years ago are still missing. The fact that they have been knocked down must mean that cars and lorries are mounting the pavement. This is dangerous to pedestrians and the newly thatched roof.
