Disabled wheelchair access along footpath 421/9
Reported anonymously at 20:37, Fri 31 July 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
Mid way along the path from Kiln Lane to Heathfield Ave the terrain became very rugged, there was much larger calibre aggregate in the tarmac and this caused us to slow down, momentarily stuck as the front casters for steering were rotated and making my passenger feel discombobulated

There has been no progress. BT dug up a section a little further on which has been relayed with a smooth manhole cover week starting 24th August. Photo below shows the nature of the path on the left and on the right what the surface is like for the rest of the path.
