Drain sump blocked

I reported this drain outside no8 Lockstile Way in Goring on the 17th February last. It still hasn't been cleaned out. The sump of this drain is completely full up and the silt is now going along the pipe this as I am sure you know will eventually block the pipe. Please can you arrange for it to be cleaned out. Thank you Eric Adams
