Dangerously degraded road surface A4095
Reported anonymously at 11:33, Tue 28 July 2020
Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
I wish to make a complaint about the condition of the condition on the A4095, between the A4260 and the woodstock roundabout (carridgeway heading towards the roundabout). It was one of these potholes, in the section after the turn for The Straight Mile which yesterday caused me crash whilst cycling. Luckily I have a come away with only minor injuries and only minor damage to my bicycle however this could very easy have been considerably worse.
The poor condition this road has been allowed to get into is dangerous enough to car drivers but could easily be deadly to a cyclist. This is far from the only road in the area in such poor condition.
Please confirm, as a matter of urgency when this will be repaired to prevent anyone else getting more seriously hurt.

However he will continue to monitor this area and pick up anything that does reach our intervention level. Thank you.
