Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The hedge bordering no 2 Merritt road is severely overgrown , it encroaches on the pavement reducing the width forcing pedestrians meeting in opposite directions to walk on the road . It hangs down so low as to hit pedestrians in the face . It is really massive and needs serious pruning . This is a perennial problem which requires attention every year when the bare minimum is done . This boundary needs major surgery once and for all !
