Pavement obstructed by advertising signs

As I understand officials have twice requested Majestic Wines to keep their advertising signs from obstructing the pavement. This photo taken earlier this afternoon. What is the point of them moving the advertising signs back to their window when they are asked and then shortly afterwards return them to the middle of the footpath?

    This sign is back out again in the middle of the footpath. When will this firm abide by the local regulations forbidding such obstruction?

  • Thank you for your report. We have assessed it and at time of inspection this was not obstructing the pavement but have spoken to anger and advised it will be removed off the highway if found causing an obstruction.
