Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 09:24, Tuesday 21 July 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Seriously overgrown tree, roots bringing up pavement and very unsafe. Recently an elderly lady fell over the roots injuring herself. Has been reported several times but nothing done. This tree needs removing and replanting or at least a lot of cutting back and sorting the pavement. Outside number 78
