Blocked footpath outside school

A large orange box linked to a traffic survey camera/s pole has been been left locked to a footpath barrier outside Culham Primary School and is blocking the pavement.

    I reported this last year, that the traffic light shines in my daughters bedroom and requested a filter.

    You emailed saying you had spoken to locals and no one was bothered, I spoke to the houses it could affect and they said no one has spoken to them. It is out house that is affected may not others. Please can a filter be fitted to reduce down the glare and constant lights changing.
