Pavement difficult to traverse

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
I have been helping a 90 year old Burford resident get used to going outside again after lockdown. She has real problems with her rollator going up from Priory Lane, Burford to the High Street shops. There is a car parked on the pavement almost all the time (for the last 12 weeks). The scaffolding outside the Oxford Shirt Company means that the pavement is terribly insecure for the rollator as it has to go onto two surfaces. She is worried that she is going to fall and therefore will not leave her home unaccompanied. Please can consideration be given as to the pavement remaining when scaffolding is erected.
