Large tree overhanging footpath 13 on Bailey Close where it meets Fawley Close.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This tree is on land belonging to the crown, but it is overhanging footpath 13 making it difficult to use the footpath here. You have to duck to get through, and if it has been raining it is almost impossible. I realise it’s not on council land, but it is blocking a council footpath! It’ could actually quite dangerous for a visually impaired person. And in these uncertain times of Covid, should so many people be touching the same part of the tree on a well used footpath!

Thank you for your enquiry. The location and tree has been assessed. Upon inspection it was found that the tree has growth low over the foot way. Therefore I will be advising to the tree owner that mentioned growth must be lifted to ensure unobstructed usage of the path. Thank you for highlighting this.
