  • Thank you for your report. I have visited the site pinpointed on the map, in North Hinksey Lane, by the nature reserve. With regard to the 'Grass verge overgrown', urban grass verges are cut once per year and this should be cut soon under this program, see web link: https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/ residents/ roads-and-transport/ grass-cutting
    With regard to the 'hedge overgrown restricting access to footpath ' This hedge is the responsibility of North Hinksey Parish Council, who own the Nature Reserve, you should contact them.
