Overgrown hedge obstructs pavement

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 18:30, Monday 6 July 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Outside 23 Harbord Road there is an overgrown hedge that extends halfway across the public pavement on the north side of the road. This road can be busy at times with families heading to and from Cutteslowe Park. The obstruction to the pavement causes pedestrians to have to walk in the road, and if the road is busy, inhibits social distancing by pedestrians. Hence it needs urgently cutting back.
