Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
I'm not really sure where to go with this problem. I wondered if the speed check wires could be put across the road to check speeds on B4508. Cars are driving at 60 miles an hour or more frequently now - it seems to be worse since lockdown. It is very noisy - almost like living next to a motorway.

Thank you for your report. The 40 miles per hour speed restriction through Gainfield is correctly signed and the limit is therefore fully enforceable, the enforcement of vehicle speed restrictions falls under the remit of Thames Valley Police.
