10 meters' tree near bus stop
Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 14:39, Wednesday 1 July 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This my second report of this. These tall trees near bus stop block all sunshine, hazard the passengers at the bus stop and causes very bad hay fever of my daughter. This is now getting urgent and needs to addressed before anybody is injured. Your prompt attention will be welcomed by all people who use this bus stop from the nearby roads.

We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees present are on land maintainable by an adjacent landowner and not by the County Council. You can access the land registry at: https://www.gov.uk/ search-property-information-land-registry to find details of the adjacent landowner to peruse your enquiry. You are also within your common law rights as a landowner to cut any overhanging vegetation back to the boundary line of your property.
Many thanks for your enquiry.
