Kerbstones falling away outside 46 and 83 Vanner Road
Reported in the Roads and Carriageways category by Colin Allchin at 11:45, Tue 30 June 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
These kerbstones are on opposite sides of Vanner Road outside numbers 46 and 83, the damage is caused by lorries and delivery vans mounting the pavement. They have previously been repaired but not to a high standard and they are soon broken down again. This is recent damage as can be seen by the debris in the road. There is a wider issue at this junction where traffic is generally going to fast and having to take avoiding action. This area during lockdown frequently has young children's on bikes and scooters and most days horse riders there will soon be a serious accident unless something is done to restrict vehicle speed in th area as a matter of urgency.
