Confusing road marking
Reported in the Road Markings category anonymously at 11:18, Tue 30 June 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Since, road marking done in Headington roundabout toward Barton. These marking are very confusing. If you are coming from Eastern bypass and heading to A40 you follow the highway code but the left lane marking turn to 3rd exit to Barton which the driver is right to follow lane. Unfortunately the driver from bypass can hit to turning cars. These kinds of accident keep happening here. Another issue why there is no traffic lights install when you are exiting from Barton. There is traffic lights install in all route except Barton. Which make all driver always taking aggressive chance to exit Barton into roundabout. Unfortunately the fast vehicles approaching from A40 and and London road can catch them. There are accidents keep happening now and then. I would like council to take action and implement the correct signage , road marking and install traffic lights from Barton.
